An agent and a directory

Claske Ltd works across two registered activities: agents involved in the sale of food and beverages (SIC 46170) and web portals (SIC 63120), from White Poplars in Malmesbury.

The two go together. Most of sourcing is finding out who exists, and that work gets repeated by every buyer in the category. A portal answers that part once. What a portal cannot do is sit between two companies while they work out whether they actually suit each other — which is the part we do as agents.

An important point about how we work: we act as agents and we do not take title to goods. Where an introduction leads to business, the contract of sale is between the buyer and the supplier, not with us. We are not a wholesaler and we do not hold stock.
